【摘要】 目的:观察勃起功能治疗仪治疗阴茎勃起功能障碍(ED)的有效性和对早泄的治疗作用。方法:采用1998年Rosen制订的勃起功能国际问卷表(IIEF-5),对33例勃起功能障碍患者治疗前后的变化进行评估;同时采用中国早泄患者性功能评价表(CISFPE),对其中26例ED合并早泄患者治疗前后的变化进行评估。结果:受试患者共33例,全部完成临床观察研究。33例患者治疗前的IIEF-5平均为14.82分,治疗后IIEF-5平均为18.82分,平均增加4分。其中,治疗后IIEF-5评分增加6～15分(包括治疗后大于21分)的20例,增加3～5分的10例,评分比治疗前减少的3例。另外,26例早泄患者治疗前平均为20.04分,治疗后平均为31.88分,平均增加11.84分。其中,2例的评分比治疗前减少,2例的评分未发生变化。勃起功能障碍患者的治疗有效率为60.60%(20/33),ED合并早泄的治疗有效率为84.61%(22/26)。结论:勃起功能治疗仪对改善勃起功能障碍有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To observe the validity of erection dysfunction healing device(EDHD) for treating erection dysfunction(ED)and the therapeutic effect on premature ejaculation(PE) in patients. METHODS:The international index of erectile function(IIEF 5) was adopted(formulated by Rosen in 1998) to evaluate the change of 33 ED patients before and after treatment and at the same time Chinese index of sexual function premature ejaculation(CISFPE) was adopted to evaluate the change of 26 ED patients combined PE before and after treatment. RESULTS:There were 33 ED patients in the experiment and all of them finished the clinical observation.Their average score of IIEF 5 pretherapy was 14.82 points,and the score post treatment was 18.82 points,average increased score was 4 points.The scores of 20 cases increased 6 to 15 points(including scores more than 21 points post treatment),the scores of 10 cases increased 3 to 5 points,and the score of 3 cases decreased after treatment.The average score of 26 PE patients before treatment was 20.04 points,the post treatment was 31.88 points nd average increased score was 11.84 points.The scores of 2 cases decreased and the scores of 2 cases were changeless.The effective rate of treatment on patients with ED was 60.60%(20/33).The effective rate of treatment on ED patients combined with PEwas 84.61%(22/26).
