碱性成纤维细胞生长因子复合降解膜置入脊髓缺损局部对脊髓神经再生的作用

【摘要】 目的:探索碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)复合降解膜置入脊髓缺损局部抑制结缔组织增生,促进胶质细胞增殖和轴突再生,提高脊髓神经纤维的再生效果。方法:切除狗L1-2,L3-4脊髓节段,采用缝匠肌尾侧部桥接脊髓缺损局部包裹bFGF复合降解膜,术后不同时间采用行为学和形态学方法进行测试和观察。结果:膜内外结缔组织增生有明显差异。肌桥段内有再生的神经纤维,双下肢运动功能有所恢复,TarlovMotorscotol分级为2~4级。结论:bFGF复合降解膜抑制脊髓损伤局部结缔组织增生,提高神经纤维的再生效果。

【Abstract】 AIM:To explore the effects of basic fibroblast growth factors(bFGF) combined with degradable membrane implanted into local spinal defect in inhibiting hyperplasia of connective tissues,accelerating proliferation of glial cells and axonal regeneration,and promoting the regeneration effects of spinal nerve fiber. METHODS:Spinal segments L1-2 and L3-4 of the dogs were cut.The sartorius were sutured to the local spinal defect,and then the spinal defect was encapsulated with combination of bFGF and degradable membrane.The spinal defect was observed by praxiological and morphological methods at different postoperative time. RESULTS:The proliferation of connective tissue in the membrane was significantly different from that outside the membrane.There were some regenerative nerve fibers in bridged muscle.The motor functions of the both lower extremities gradually recovered and were graded to 2-4 by Tarlov Motor Scotol grading. CONCLUSION:The bFGF combined with degradable membrane can inhibit the proliferation of connective tissue of local defect,and promote the effects of nerve regeneration.
