【摘要】 目的:探讨御风胶囊对血小板聚集功能的影响及作用原理。方法:以老年大鼠为血瘀模型,采用血小板聚集法和放免法观察御风胶囊对血瘀模型老年大鼠血小板聚集功能指标和血浆中血栓素B2(thromboxaneB2,TXB2),6-酮前列腺素F1α含量的影响。结果:御风胶囊能明显抑制腺苷二磷酸诱导的血小板聚集(plateletag-gregation,PAG),各组比较差异有显著或非常显著性意义(高/模∶q(PAG1)∶22.90;PAG5∶28.69;PAGM∶24.78;中/模q(PAG1)∶11.93;PAG5∶25.05;PAGM∶16.00;低/模q(PAG1)∶8.57;PAG5∶11.68;PAGM∶8.89,P<0.01),降低血浆中血栓素B2的含量(高/模∶q8.54;中/模∶q6.90;低/模∶3.28,P<0.01)及与6-酮-前列腺素F1α的比值(高/模∶q5.33;中/模∶q4.56,P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:御风胶囊具有良好的抑制血小板聚集作用,其机制与降低血栓素B2有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To discuss the influence of yufeng capsule on the platelet aggregation and its mechanism. METHODS:Taking male gerontic rat as the blood stasiss model,the effect of yufeng capsule on platelet aggregating function index and contents of blood plasma thromboxane B2(TXB2) and 6 ketoprostaglandin F1 alpha(6 keto PGF1α) were observed with platelet aggregation test and radioimmunoassay. RESULTS:Yufeng capsule could significantly inhibit platelet aggregation(PAG) which was induced by adenosine diphosphate(ADP),the differences between groups were significant or extremely significant(high dosage group vs model group∶q(PAG1)∶22.90;PAG5∶28.69;PAGM∶24.78;moderate dosage group vs model group∶q(PAG1)∶11.93;PAG5∶25.05;PAGM∶16.00;low dosage group vs model group∶q(PAG1)∶18.57;PAG5∶11.68;PAGM∶8.89,P< 0.01).It could reduce the content of plasma TXB2(high dosage group vs model group∶q8.54;moderate dosage group vs model group∶q6.90;low dosage group vs model group∶3.28,P< 0.01) and the ratio of TXB2 to 6 keto PGF1α(high dosage group vs model group:q5.33;moderate dosage group vs model group∶q4.56,P< 0.05 or P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:Yufeng capsule has a good effect in inhibiting platelet aggregation,and its mechanism is related to the reducing of TXB2.更多还原
