人羊膜生物敷料对鼠烫伤创面的保护作用

【摘要】 目的:研究单层辐射人羊膜对模型鼠烫伤创面敷盖治疗的疗效及愈合各阶段创面的组织学变化。方法:观察了40只Wistar鼠深II度烫伤创面。将单层辐射人羊膜和油纱对照贴敷创面进行观察,采用了活杀取材及电镜扫描检查法。结果:模型鼠创面用人羊膜贴敷侧比对照侧提前愈合。而且愈合创面外观是毛发规则丛生,皮肤具有弹性,表皮各层均为正常皮肤组织像。结论:经动物实验,此膜无免疫排斥现象,无毒、无菌、无刺激性。而且能防止创面水分、电解质和蛋白质的丢失,增强模型鼠的抵抗能力,避免感染,加速愈合。是治疗鼠烫伤创面的良好敷料。

【Abstract】 AIM:To study the effects o f single-layer radiation-treated human amnion used as a biological dressing on t he b urn wound in rats and the wound heal-ing,and to investigate the histolog ical change of wound in various perio ds.METHODS:The II degree burn wound in 40Wistar r ats was observed.The single-layer radiationtreated hum an amnion and oil yarn used as dressin gs were compared,and surface of the wou nd was obs erved by using activate materials and electron microscope s canning.RESULTS:In model rats,the side used human amn ion mounting healed earlier than control si de,and appearance of wound healing surface grew regular hair,skin was elastic ,and a ll layers of epiderm were normal skin regeneration.Single- layer radiation-treated human amnion has no im-munity and rejection phenomenon and has no poison,bacterium and stimu-lation.It can prevent loss of moistu r e in the surface of wound,electroly te,and protein,increase resistance,avoi d
