浅谈保险业中的商业智能

【摘要】 本文论述了商业智能的主要概念和技术,并通过对保险公司的价值链分析,以保险公司的客户关系管理为例,阐述这些方法在保险业务管理中的应用。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this research is to introduce the main concepts and technology of business intelligence,and explain how to apply these concepts and technology to insurance business management by analyzing the insurance value chain and giving an example of customer relationship management.
