【摘要】 目的　验证经正交实验优化生产工艺后通痹灵片的药效。方法　制作大鼠完全佐剂性关节炎模型 ,用通痹灵片与原通痹灵系列药 (通痹灵Ⅰ号片 ,通痹灵Ⅱ号片 ,通痹灵冲剂 )及雷公藤多甙片 ,进行药效对比实验。结果　各治疗组用药后均能减轻大鼠关节肿胀炎症 ,P <0 .0 1;通痹灵系列药治疗后可使大鼠脾质量增加 ,P <0 .0 5 ;而雷公藤多甙片治疗后大鼠脾和胸腺质量不改变并略有减轻 ;治疗后大鼠后肢关节病理切片检查显示 :通痹灵片治疗效果最佳 ,使鼠关节病变组织趋于正常。结论　通痹灵片优化工艺改革较成功。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to verify the curative effect of the Tongbiling tablet optimized after extraction method. Methods Complete adjuvant arthritis was established in rat model. The effect of Tongbiling tablet, Tongbiling Ⅰ tablet, Tongbiling Ⅱ tablet, Tongbiling granule and multiglycosidove triptergii tablet on the models were compared. Results The swelling of arthritis in rat in each group was relieved after administration ( P <0.01). The mass of the rat’s spleen in all Tongbiling groups increased ( P <0.05). But no changes or even some slightly decreased in the mass of the rat’s spleen and thymus could be observed in multiglycosidove triptergii group. The pathological observation on rat’s posterior limb joint after treatment showed that Tongbiling tablet had the best effect in improving the lesion of joint. Conclusion The curative effect of Tongbiling tablet had been optimized after extraction method.更多还原
