【Abstract】 During the innovation of power market, the power grid enterprises also face all kinds of risks from the market. This article probes into the theories of enterprise risk management together with the process of renovation of Chinese power system. Through the analysis of power operating environment during the innovation, this article further identifies and evaluates the operating risks faced by power grid enterprises, thereby preliminarily probes into the establishment of risk management system for power grid enterprises so as to facilitate the stable development of power grid enterprises in the process of innovation.更多还原
