人工湿地处理污水技术及其在我国的应用现状和对策
Man-made Wetland Sewage Technologies and Their Application: Present State and Policies
【摘要】 简述人工湿地的概念、原理、分类及其构造,并引用几个国内外应用人工湿地系统处理污水的实例,重点讨论了人工湿地活水处理技术在我国的应用现状、优势,存在的问题及其发展趋势。肯定了人工湿地作为一种新型的生态废水处理工艺,在工艺设计、工程技术、经济效益和美化环境等方面具有突出的优势;但人工湿地污水处理技术在其发展和应用中还存在着许多制约与不足。针对我国应用人工湿地系统处理污水的现状和发展提出了以下对策;开发建立人工湿地数据库;加强人工湿地污水处理技术的研究和开发应用;重视本地资源条件的利用;探索人工湿地生态污水处理技术的市场化运营方式。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the concept, principles, classification and structure of man-made wetland. Based on several international cases of treating sewage by man-made wetland, the paper focuses on the current state, advantage, problem and development trend of live water technologies by man-made wetland. It is believed that man-made wetland, as a new kind of ecological sewage treatment technics, has outstanding advantages in technological design, engineering technologies, economic interest, and beautification of the environment. But the sewage treatment technologies by using man-made wetland also have many limitations and shortcomings in its development and applications. According to the current state and development of the technologies in China, several measures are set forth, including (a) to develop and establish man-made wetland database, (b) to enhance the research and development and application of the related technologies, (c) to pay more attentions to the local resources; and (d) to explore the market operation mode of ecological sewage treatment technologies by using man-made wetland.
