【摘要】 目的　探索一种治疗肛周外生殖器巨型尖锐湿疣 (CA)的新方法 ,力求做到安全、简便 ,不留任何后遗症。方法　用弯剪沿皮面将巨型CA大部分切除 ,继用CO2 激光将病灶基底部及周边残存的疣组织彻底烧灼气化。结果　 4 0例患者一次性临床治愈率达 72 5 % ,二次临床治愈率达 85 % ,均不留任何后遗症。结论　此法是目前治疗肛周外生殖器巨型CA的理想方法 ,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To seek a new method to cure large condyloma accuminatum of perianal external genital for the purpose of safe and simple operation free of sequelae.Methods Curved scissors were used to remove the most port of large condyloma accuminatum along the surface of skin and CO 2 laser was applied to thoroughly cauterize and gasify the residue verrucous tissue on the basal and peripheral part of focus.Results Among 40 cases,the clinical cure rates of the first treatment and the second treatment reached 72.5% and 85% respectively,without leaving any sequelae.Conclusion This therapy is an ideal method to cure large condyloma accuminatum of perianal external genital at present and may be recommended for wide application.更多还原
