高浊度水混凝沉淀浑液面沉速的计算

【摘要】 高浊度水的絮凝沉淀主要是投加聚丙烯酰胺 ( HPAM) ,而投加量、投加方式和良好的絮凝条件都会影响高浊度水浑液面的沉速。对高浊度水絮凝沉淀中影响浑液面沉速 u的因素 ,即含沙量 C、HPAM投加量 P、颗粒的比表面积 A、速度梯度 G和搅拌时间 t,运用 π定理进行分析 ,得出关系式 ,并用黄河陕西大荔段泥沙做试验 ,用多元函数回归分析的方法确定系数 ,经 4类沙样测试 ,相对误差在 1 .0 2 %~ 2 1 .0 0 %之间。结果可供设计与生产单位求浑液面沉速 u和投药量 P以及沉淀池的面积。

【Abstract】 Coagulation of high-turbid water mainly depends on adding HPAM while the quantity of HPAM,the way of adding drugs and good conditions for coagulation can have an influence on sedimentation velocities of high-turbidity water’s surface.As far as high-turbid water is concerned,during coagulation and sedimentation,facets affect the settling veloctiy u of the interface between settling particles and clarified fluid such as silt concentration C,dosage of HPAM P,specific surface area of particles A,velocity gradient G,and mixing time t.Apply π-principle to analysis,the relation is made.We have had an experiment with sand from Shaanxi Dali section of the Yellow River.Then by using regress analysis of multiplex function to determine ratio and test with four sand samples,the relative error ranged between 1.02%~21.00%.The relation can help designing and producing companies get sedimentation velocities of liquid surface,the amount of drugs and the area of sedimentation basin.
