【摘要】 目的　在NaCl衬底上制备ZnO薄膜,分析其红外吸收谱。方法　用透射电镜观察并拍摄了薄膜的微观结构,对电镜照片进行测试、分析。结果　表明样品有分形结构,在远红外区有反常吸收,即低频反常色散现象。结论　结果与分形结构反常电导理论取得一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 AimTo prepare ZnO films on NaCl substrate and to analyze the infrared absorption spectrum of films.MethodsObserve the samples and take the pictures of the films with the measurement of transparent electronic lens. Test and analyze the pictures.ResultsIt was found that there are fractal structures in pictures.It was also found that there are anomalous absorption in far infrared and low frequency anomalous dispersion.ConclusionThe result is the same with the anomalous conductance theory of fractal structures.更多还原
