【摘要】 目的　探求亚克汀病诊断中精神发育迟滞的诊断标准。方法　按不同智力测验量表测出的不同智商范围标准,对秦巴山区3个MR高发典型区中按WHO标准所实际诊断出的中、轻度MR及边缘儿童的检出率进行比较。结果　①用韦氏测验且以亚克汀病诊断中制定的智商范围标准(IQ为50～69),虽然对实际诊断出的4～14岁轻度MR儿童的检出率显著高于(P<0.01)按WHO标准(IQ为55～69)的检出率,但易将中度MR混入轻度MR儿童之中,而用瑞文测验时,两种智商范围标准对轻度MR儿童的检出率均明显偏低;②对4岁以下婴幼儿,用DDST量表筛出的异常率显著高于(P<0.01)用Gesell量表所测出的智能发育迟长率,而后者又高于实际诊断的MR患病率。结论　在缺碘地区对亚克汀病患儿的精神发育迟滞进行诊断时,对4岁以上儿童宜采用韦氏测验且用WHO制定的智商与社会适应能力标准,对4岁以下婴幼儿宜用Gesell测验且结合儿科医生的行为观察和行为评定结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 AimTo research the diagnosis standard of mental retardation in diagnosing the Sub-Cretin.MethodsUsing different intelligence test scale and IQ range to compare the diagnosis rate based on WHO diagnose standard of the moderate, mild MR child and marginal child in Qinba mountain area.Results① When using WISC and the IQ range is 50～69,the diagnosis rate of 4～14 years old mild MR children was evidently higher(P<0.01) than the rate of using IQ range is 55～69.But the first IQ range could add the moderate MR children to mild MR children.And when using CRT-C2,both IQ range had lower diagnosis rates to MR children.② In the infant group whose age was younger than four, the abnormal rate tested by DDST scale was evidently higher(P<0.01) than the retarded rate of intelligence development which was tested by Gesell scale, and the latter was higher than the real MR rate.ConclusionWhen diagnose the Sub-Cretin children whose age is older than four,the results of WISC and the IQ rang of WHO standard should be used. When diagnose the Sub-Cretin infants,the results of Gesell test and the behavior observation to them should be used.更多还原
