【Abstract】 Starting with the value concept of the industrial society, an exploration is made on the educational mode of the university of the research type. A PHA educational model based on personality, humanity and ability is proposed. A set of concrete implementation processes is built up. An introduction is made on the results of cultivating talented personnel by applying the PHA educational mode.
