微型静压桩托换技术在建筑物加固中的应用

【摘要】 某五层建筑物基础持力层 ,因水浸泡湿陷导致地基土过量不均匀沉降 ,建筑物结构墙体严重开裂 ,成为危房 .经过方案优选 ,采用静压桩加固此危房 ,实施后效果良好 .本文通过该工程实例 ,阐述静压桩托换加固原理和设计、施工要点及应注意的问题 ,并得出一些有益结论

【Abstract】 Due to the large uneven settlement of collapsible bearing layer in foundation ground,the structure wall cracks are found in the 5_story building,which became dangerous.The optimization of engineering plan is concerned in result of adopting static mini_pile reinforcement.A favorable effect is gained.In this paper,the principle of static mini_pile underpinning is described and the problems which should be noticed in the process of design and construction are discussed,and some useful conclusions are also put forward.
