【摘要】 采用文献资料法和调查法,依据市场学、管理学原理,分析了传统的篮球后备人才管理体制所存在的弊端,提出篮球后备人才的管理应在国家宏观调控下,充分与市场经济相结合,实施市场运作的思路。

【Abstract】 Applying documentation,investigation and borrowing theories about marketing and management,the authors analyzed the disadvantages of the traditional basketball reserves management system,which was thought to be macro-regulated by the nation and connected with market-oriented economy.
