【摘要】 的　观察胎儿舌下腺内瘦素和瘦素受体的表达、分布及发育规律。方法　HE和免疫组织化学SABC染色法。结果　胎儿舌下腺纹状管、小叶间导管上皮细胞呈瘦素及瘦素受体免疫反应阳性 ,免疫反应产物分布于导管上皮细胞胞质内 ,细胞核呈阴性反应。在胚胎发育的不同阶段 ,免疫反应强度亦不等。结论　胎儿舌下腺导管上皮呈瘦素和瘦素受体免疫反应阳性 ,可能与胎儿舌下腺的发育及功能活动的调节有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression, distribution and the development regularity of leptin and its receptor in the fetal sublingual glands. Methods HE staining and immunohistochemical SABC methods were used.Results The epithelial cells of striated and interlobular ducts showed positive immunoreacitivity of leptin and its receptor.The immunocomplexes distributed in the epithelial cytoplasm of the ducts. Nuclei showed negative. The immunoreactive intensity was unequal at the different embryonic stages of the fetus . Conclusion The laptin and its receptor of the epithelium of the sublingual gland ducts of the futus show positive immune response ,which may be involved in the development and the functional regulation of fetal sublingual gland.更多还原
