【摘要】 提出了供应链合作伙伴选择的一般原则,并利用“三阶段法”,根据择近优化原则进行定量计算,为供应链合作伙伴的选择提供一种定量的方法。

【Abstract】 The paper puts forward the principles for the choice of supply chain partners. Using "three-stage-method" and the principle of choosing closely, it presents a quantitative method of choosing partners.
