【摘要】 调整国有经济的产业结构是政府调整整体经济的一种手段。在调整国有经济的产业结构时,一方面要与当前经济的整体结构相结合;另一方面要尽可能地追求自身的经济效益。评价一种调整方案的好坏要看它是否有利于当前经济结构的优化,是否有利于国有经济效益的提高。因此,笔者把调整国有经济的产业结构与整体经济结构的战略性调整相结合,提出了对国有经济的调整方案,并从国有经济的社会目标和经济效益目标两个方面对调整方案的合理性进行了论证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adjusting the industrial structure of state economy is one of the approaches for the government to restructure the macro-economy, which is most possibly achieved by the integration with the entire structure of current economy on one hand, and with its economic benefit on the other hand. Hence, the assessment of the efficiency of any adjustment should base on its benefits on both the optimization of current economy and increase of state economy. The authors combine the adjustment of industrial structure of state economy and the strategic adjustment of the entire economic structure so that the rationality of the adjustment from two aspects such as social and economic targets can be tested.更多还原
