【摘要】 研究了 AXL卷烟添加剂中的主要组分的定性、定量分析方法和条件 .确定了 :(1 )以剑桥滤片捕集卷烟烟气 ,标准品对照气质联用法检出 A、X主组分的定性分析方法 ;(2 )以异丙醇为溶剂萃取剑桥滤片所捕集的卷烟烟气总粒相物 ,正十七碳烷作为内标物 ,超声波提取 40 min为最佳前处理方法 ,并以 CP Sil5 CB作为分析柱 ,氮气为载气 ,流量 3 .0 m L/min,程序升温速率 8℃ /min,FID检测器检测为最佳分析分离条件 ,建立了气相色谱法测定 AXL卷烟添加剂中 A、X主组分质量分数的方法 .实验结果表明 :该方法操作简便、快速 ,精密度和准确度均较好更多还原

【Abstract】 The method and condition of qualitative analysis of the major components of AXL cigaretteadditive were studied.(1) The optimum method of qualitative analysis was as follows:using Cambridge filter to collect cigarette smoke,MS/GC was adopted for qualitative analysis.(2) The optimum method of quantitative analysis was as follows:using Cambridge filter to collect cigarette smoke and isopropanol as a solvent and heptadecane as an internal standard;ultrasonic wave extraction for 40 min.The optimum parameters for separation and analysis were as follows:using CPSil5CB as chromatographic columns and helium gas as carrier gas(flow:3.0 mL/min); Proceeding warmingup speed rate:8 ℃/min;detector:Flame Ionization Detector.The precision and accuracy of this method were also determined.The results show that the method is simple and rapid,and has good precision and accuracy.更多还原
