腐熟粪便复合菌肥试验研究
Study of Producing Biological Activated Fertilizer with Humus Manure
【摘要】 为进一步解决城市粪便资源化利用的问题,初步探讨了粪便复合菌肥的可能性.从不同环境中筛选、驯化得到三株解磷菌和三株解钾菌,经鉴定菌株均为芽孢杆菌.将其与腐熟粪便混合加工制成菌肥;将该菌肥按一定的比例加入土壤中,对其解磷、解钾能力进行了测定.解磷菌对土壤有效磷增强度67.5%,解钾菌对土壤有效钾增强度33.4%.通过种植西芹试验,与化肥、腐熟粪便相比,显示该菌肥肥效显著.该研究为粪便处理提供了新的途径.
【Abstract】 Three phosphorus strains and potassium strains are isolated from different soilby screening and acclimatization. Biologicalactivated fertilizer is obtained by merged these strains with humus manure. These fertilizers are blended with soil proportionally to determine the ability offorming phosphorus and potassium, the concentration of phosphorus increased 67.5%, potassium increased 33.4%. Compared with chemical fertilizer((NH4)2HPO4) and humus manure by planting celeries, the biological activated fertilizerisshowed to have a prominent effect. It is identified that these strains are Bacillus.sp.A new solution to the treatment of manure is provided by the study.
