沸石分子筛对聚丙烯的晶型及力学性能的影响研究

【摘要】 研究了表面用钛酸酯偶联剂改性的13X和5A型沸石分子筛对聚丙烯结晶性能及力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,在聚丙烯中添加5A型沸石分子筛时,其抗冲性能大幅度提高;当分子筛质量分数达到9%时抗冲强度提高到81.02kJ m2,且弹性模量和拉伸强度下降幅度很小。XRD的测定结果也表明,5A型沸石分子筛可以促进β晶型的生长;13X型沸石分子筛却抑制聚丙烯晶体生长。由SEM照片进一步证明,无机粒子与聚丙烯之间的界面亲和力也是影响其力学性能的一个重要因素。

【Abstract】 The polypropylene/zeolite composites were prepared by melt-blending process using 13X and 5A type zeolite particles that the surface was treated by titanate coupling agent. The crystallization behavior and mechanical properties of the composites are investigated. The results showed the impact strength of PP/zeolite composites is obviously increased by filling 9%(wt) of 5A-zeolite into PP. The X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) said that the addition of different types of zeolite has different nucleating effects on its morphology of crystal. 13X zeolite can constraint the forming of β-crystals in PP. However, 5A zeolite can accelerate the forming of β-crystals in PP. The SEM said that the interfacial affinity is a important factor of mechanical properties of the composites besides the morphology of crystal.
