【Abstract】 Through discussion studying conclusions of ecological agriculture and developing character of ecological economy system under the practice of converting slope cropland to woodland and grassland,the authors point out that the commodity developing model of ecological agriculture should be constructed. This model　consist two developing chain and web,that is "grass and woods-animals-farm"and "vegetable and fruit-farm".
