低温甲醇洗净化天然气过程的气液平衡计算
The Calculation of Vapor Liquid Equilibrium for the Rectisol Wash Technology in Natural Gas Purification Process
【摘要】 研究了低温甲醇洗过程中甲醇与天然气中各气体组分之间的平衡常数的计算及选择。对现有的平衡数据按工程设计要求进行了归纳比较;选用P R方程对2×104Nm3/d天然气液化装置的低温甲醇洗工艺的吸收塔和解吸塔进行了汽液平衡计算。实际应用结果表明,计算数据能满足LNG工业设计要求。
【Abstract】 Rectisol wash technology has many advantages in natural gaspurifying process It is fit for the small LNG devices in remote gas fields The calculation and selection of equilibrium constants of CO2 and other components in natural gas are researched Inaccording to engineering design demands ,the existing CO2 equilib rium constants are concluded and compared The vapor liquid equilibrium of absorption tower and desorption tower in cool methanol absorption process for a LNG unitof 2 0 0 ,0 0 0Nm3/darecalculatedusingP Rstateequa tion The practical results indicate the calculation data can meet the design demands of LNG industry
