【Abstract】 Compiling the system of job regularitys of railway stations was deal with many kinds of regularities such as theprocesses of a lot of tables, texts and right control. Meanwhile, the contents related to working rules and methods directlyinfluence working security and working duty, so the revise and edit right of the contents must be conferred by the administrators,as a result, some of complex processes must be carefully considered during program design stage.
