【摘要】 [目的]制定心复康丸的质量标准。[方法]采用薄层色谱法对心复康丸中丹参进行鉴别,用高效液相色谱法测定芍药苷的含量。[结果]丹参的定性鉴别灵敏、准确,芍药苷在0.1017～0.8132/μg 呈良好的线性关系,回收率为98.3%,峰面积(RSD)为2.1%。[结论]建立的方法可作为本品的质量标准更多还原

【Abstract】 s:[Objective] To build up the quality criteria for Xinfukang pill.[Methods]Danshen was identified by thin-layer chromatography(TLC),the contents of formononetin-7-guucoside in the preparation were determined by high performance liquid chromatograpy(HPLC).[Result] The identification method of Danshen was sensitive and accurate,the forˉmononetin-7-guucoside showed good linear relationship in0.1017～0.8132/μg.The recovery rate of formononetin-7-guucoside was98.3%,RSD2.1%.[Conclusion] These methods can be used as a content determination criteria of Xinˉfukang pill.更多还原
