【摘要】 目的 :采用 HPL C法测定洁美新消毒剂中三氯生的含量。方法 :用 Hypersil C1 8柱 ,以甲醇 -水 ( 80∶ 2 0 ,V/V)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 81nm。三氯生在 0 .10～ 0 .5 0 mg/ml的范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,Y =2 .96 6× 10 - 8X - 1.5 4 5×10 - 3,r =0 .9997,平均回收率为 99.7% ,RSD=0 .81% ( n =6 )。结论 :本方法线性关系和重复性良好 ,结果准确更多还原

【Abstract】 Object: To develop a method for the quantitative determination of triclosan in Germisan disinfectant. Methods: A Hypersil C 18 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol water (80∶20, v/v) and the UV detection was set at 281 nm Results: There was a good linearity between the concentration and the peak area over the range of 0.10~0.50 mg/ml(Y=2.966×10 -8 X 1.545×10 -3 ). The average recovery of triclosan was 99.7% with RSD of 0.81% (n=6) . Conclusion: This method was accurate, reproducible and had good linearity.更多还原
