【Abstract】 The connecting clubs existing in professional sports in China had posed a fairly serious threat to the equal,fair,and competitive environment of league matches.The sports associations concerned had given them punishment based on the profession rules whose particlularity was stressed on this action.The authors gave the analysis on the phenomenon of the connecting clubs from the angle of the economics and the science of law,moreover,comparing with similar affairs of foreign countries in order to let the phenomenon be understood thoroughly.更多还原
