【摘要】 采用文献资料、调查等方法,对我国体育彩票历年发行额、类型、特点、现行管理模式等进行研究,分析了国际体育彩票的发展趋势和我国体育彩票的发展前景。结果表明:我国体育彩票发行从无到有发展迅速;公益金的获得极大支持了我国体育各项事业的发展;法规建设滞后;发行量相对其他国家较少等,最后提出未来发展我国体育彩票的8条对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 By means of literature,investigation,etc.the authors discussed the issue volumn over the years,the type,the characters and current management modes etc.about the sports lottery,and analyzed the development tendency of the sports lottery throughout the world and its development prospects in China.The results showed that the issue of the sports lottery had rapidly developed since its beginning;the provided public welfare funds greatly supported the de-velopment of all kinds of sports undertaking.On the other hand,making laws and regulations couldn’ t step the situation,and comparing to other countries,the amount of issuing was less.In the final,the authors gave eight countermeasures on how to evolve sports lottery in the future.更多还原
