催化合成磷霉素中间体的红外光谱分析

【摘要】 在磷霉素合成的过程中 ,涉及到以Pd/C为催化剂催化丙二烯磷酸部分加氢合成顺丙烯磷酸的一步反应。本实验以朗伯 -比耳定律为依据 ,通过配制一组不同丙二烯磷酸和顺丙烯磷酸含量的标准溶液 ,测得其特征吸收频率处的红外透过率 ,根据实验结果作二者关系的标准曲线。从而建立了一个相对简便实用、快速准确地同时分析丙二烯磷酸和顺丙烯磷酸的方法 ,进而应用于磷霉素合成反应中的Pd/C催化剂活性评价

【Abstract】 An infrared spectrometric method for the determination of1,2propadienylphosphonic acid(1,2PDPA)and cis1propenyl phosphonic acid(cis1PPA)in the synthetic process of phosphonoˉmycin was developed.A series of various concentrations of standard solutions of1,2PDPA and cis1 PPA were madeup and their IR transmittances were detected at the wavelengths of1629cm -1 ,1944cm -1 and1967cm -1 ,respectively.A linear relationship between their relative transmittances and the deˉgree of transformation of1,2PDPA to cis1PPA was obtained.The method could be used to determine the two compounds simultaneously.It could also be used to evaluate the activity of the Pd/C catalyst in the synthesis of phosphonomycin.
