【摘要】 作为一种新兴的移动增值业务 ,小区广播是具有巨大商业潜力的增值业务。简单介绍了小区广播业务的特点及可以提供的业务 ;在分析小区广播网络结构和组网方式的基础上论述了小区广播在GSM R上的应用及商业模式

【Abstract】 As a new value-added service,cell broadcasting can bring potential benefits for mobile operators.This paper introduce the features and new services of cell broadcasting system.Then,the structure of CBS and framework in wireless network are discussed in detail.Finally,the mode of profit and the development perspective of cell broadcasting system are addressed.
