甜菜废蜜生物制氢细菌的诱变育种
The techniques of genetic mutation for bacterium on bio-hydrogen production by beet sugar molasses
【摘要】 阐述了以甜菜废蜜配制而成的有机废水为底物的制氢反应器中产氢细菌的诱变育种技术,探讨了把工业微生物育种技术应用于生物制氢工艺上的可能性。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the technology of mutation of hydrogen production bacteria in the bio-reactor by using organic wastewater made from beet sugar molasses as substrate.The application of mutation of industrial micro-organism in bio-hydrogen production is beneficial.
