【Abstract】 The adult professional community education in Taiwan as well as the promotion of lifelong learning has their own characteristics. It plays an important role for developing the economic and human society and achieved a certain experience. In order to develop the professional trainings for various educational background and specialty, to pay attention to develop practicable talents who should follow the society, to construct lifelong learning system and to fully accelerate the community education, all of these leave us a profound impression and enlightenment.
