【摘要】 目的　探讨错配修复基因 h MSH2蛋白表达与肺癌发生的相关性。方法　以病例对照研究方法收集肺癌组织 4 3例 (其中 11例含癌旁组织 )和支气管扩张组织 4 5例 ,采用免疫组化技术检测其 h MSH2蛋白的表达。结果　 h MSH2蛋白阳性表达在病例组和对照组分别是 38例 (88.4 % )和 16例 (35 .9% ) ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,OR=13.775 :将阳性表达按强度不同分为 +++、++、+等三个等级时 ,肿瘤组织的高表达 (+++)有8例 (18.6 % ) ,而对照组仅 1例 (2 .2 % ) ,秩和检验显示差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;病理分化程度与 h MSH2蛋白表达强度亦相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,低分化肿瘤的表达强度大于中～高分化肿瘤。 11例远癌组织蛋白表达呈阴性。结论　h MSH 2蛋白表达与肺癌发病有关 ,其异常高表达可能是肺癌发生的早期表现更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the association between the protein expression of mismatch repair gene hMSH2 and the carcinogenesis of lung cancer. Methods Expression of hMSH2 was detected using immunohistochemistry in 43 lung cancer tissues and 45 bronchietatic tissues as controls.Results The positive expression rate of hMSH2 protein was 88.4%(38/43) in cancer tissues, while that was only 35.9%(16/45) in control tissues.At the same time, cancer tissues showed stronger expression than control tissues and the hMSH2 protein expression in low grade tumor was stronger than that in high grade tissues. All 11 normal tissues showed negative expression of hMSH2 protein. Conclusion The expression of hMSH2 is related to lung cancer and abnormal expression may play a role in pathogenesis of lung cancer.更多还原
