【摘要】 目的 :对我院 3a来诊治的FMS患者的临床表现进行分析 ,以提高对FMS的诊断和治疗。方法 :分别对幼年原发性FMS、成年原发性FMS、继发性FMS的一般情况 ,首诊主诉 ,临床表现 ,实验室检查 ,对治疗的反应进行分析比较。观察和分析继发性FMS和原发症状的关系。结果 :幼年原发性FMS患者 5例 ,首诊主诉均为阵发性 ,痉挛性两下腹疼痛 ,成人和幼年原发性FMS患者的焦虑症状 ,抑郁症状 ,肠激惹征 ,尿急 ,痛经史 ,肌痉挛和腹痛的发生率高于继发性FMS患者 ,原发性FMS患者没有发现实验室异常 ,继发性患者实验室检查和原发病相一致。继发性FMS患者大多在原发症状改善后才因主诉全身疼痛而确诊。在治疗效果上继发性患者好于原发性 (43% ,2 1% ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,幼年原发性FMS患者无 1例有效。结论 :FMS是一个多种病因引起的临床综合征 ,其临床表现不尽相同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:the clinical characteristics of 96 cases of fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) were analyzed.Methods A group of symptoms of patients with primary juvenile fibromyalgia,primary adult fibromyalgia and second figromygia were studied .The symptoms including “pain all over”,sleep disturbance,fatigue,morning stiffness,paresthesias,irritable bowel syndrome,urinary urgency at all.Results The result show that the chief complaint in patient with primary juvenile FMS is spasmodic hypogastralgia of all (100 %) ,in primary adult FMS and second FM is epigastria of 6 cases(6.3 %).The incidence of anxiety ,prior depression,irritable bowel syndrome,unitary urgency, dysmenorrhea history ,muscular cramp,and myocelialgia in patient with primary FMS is higher than second FMS,but the response to treatment is poorer,than second FMS especially in primary juvenile FMS(none effect of all).None laboratory abnormalities is fund in patient with primary FMS.Conclusions The FMS is a clinical syndrome with multiple clinical manifestation caused by a group of different mechanism.更多还原
