关于能带理论的探讨
The study about the theory of energy bands
【摘要】 介绍了能带理论,说明能带理论是一个近似理论,是把一个复杂的多体问题化成单电子问题。介绍能带计算方法及其广泛应用。
【Abstract】 This article introduces the theory of energy bands and explains it is a approximate theory.Theory of energy bands change the problem of multi-particle system into the problem of single electron.The methods of enengy bands and computational methods of enengy bands and application are induced.
