【Abstract】 Laboratory is an important base for teaching and research in higher education institutes. As a core task of laboratory construction, to build up a well-qualified team of technicians has become an urgent task for higher education institutes. The paper described the practice in our laboratory and put forward some suggestion that is breaking up the old management system and introducing a competition mechanism; selecting carefully a capable laboratory director and establishing a well-qualified technician team; building up a harmonious relationship and atmosphere between different teams.更多还原
