【Abstract】 The paper described the needs of universities in newly developing period, and the background of laboratory construction. According to the cultivating talent pattern, namely "Laying equal stress on 3F(fundamental theory, and fundamental practical ability, fundamental qulity), university should speed up the laboratory construction."
