【摘要】 目的报道用带掌背动脉的逆行筋膜瓣治疗指伸肌腱严重粘连的方法及临床疗效。方法用掌背动脉筋膜瓣逆行转位覆盖裸露的骨质与硬韧的瘢痕,为防止肌腱松解术后再次粘连提供良好的软组织床。结果本组用带掌背动脉的逆行筋膜瓣治疗指伸肌腱严重粘连26例28指,术后对26例病人行2～6个月的随访,无1例指伸肌腱再次发生粘连。结论用带掌背动脉的逆行筋膜瓣治疗指伸肌腱严重粘连,临床效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To report the methods and clinical effect of reverse fascial flap with dorsal metacarpal artery in treatment of servere tendon adhesion. Methods We covered the exposed bone tissue and hand scars by using reverse dorsal metacarpal artery flaps,supplying fine soft tissue bed in case of second adhesion after tendon relaxation. Results Twenty-eight fingers in26cases were followed up from2～6months,second tendon adhesion did not occurred. Conclusion It has a fine clinical effect that using reverse fascial flap with dorsal metacarpal artery in severe tendon adhesion.更多还原
