【Abstract】 Based on the requirements of the Ministry of Education for a celebrated publication project for journals and universities, this paper has illustrated the Vitality and feasibility of such a project,together with the ways to achieve this goal.This paper has also put forward some suggestions like academic positioning, setting up characteristic columns, improving the quality of journals, spreading its international influence,as well as establishing a dynamic expert data-base.更多还原
