【摘要】 为了进一步提高自转塑料纽带的清洗能力 ,对齿型自转塑料纽带和普通自转螺旋纽带的清洗力矩进行了对比实验研究 ,结果表明 ,齿型自转塑料纽带的清洗力矩比普通塑料纽带的清洗力矩平均提高 4 2 %～ 70 %。其中齿片的安装角α、齿高和齿距等结构参数对清洗力矩、纽带自转速度及纽带运转平稳性都有影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to improve the cleaningpower in the rotation plastic strip,some experiments on cleaning moment between rotation plastic dentiform strips and common ones have been carried out. Theresult shows that cleaning moment of rotation plastic dentiform strips increases 42% to 70% compared with common ones in average, in which the structure parameter such as the fixing angle α of the rack, addendum and circular pitch caninfluence cleaning moment, rotation speed and stability.更多还原
