【摘要】 目的　观察重症监护病房肺部感染患者纤支镜下吸痰、支气管灌洗治疗的效果。方法　 116例患者随机分为常规治疗组 ( 5 6例 )、支气管灌洗组 ( 60例 ) ,观察治疗前及治疗 7～ 10天后两组胸片、痰培养、痰量与性状、动脉血气分析的变化以及拔除或堵塞气管插管情况。结果　支气管灌洗组在胸片、痰量与性状的疗效率较常规治疗组高 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。结论　纤支镜下支气管灌洗能促进重症监护病房患者肺部炎症的好转吸收。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of bronchial-lavage on the treatment of pulmonary infection in ICU. Methods 160 cases of pneumonia were divide into two groups randomly: routine treatment group (56 cases) and bronchial-lavage treatment group (60 cases). The changes of following were analyzed before and after treatment between two groups: chest radiographs, the character and quantity of sputum, sputum colture, arterial blood gases analysis (ABG) and situation of tracheal cannula. Results Bronchial-lavage treatment group is superior to routine treatment group in chest radiographs and sputum character, the difference is significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Bronchial-lavage treatment can improve the absorption of pneumonia.更多还原
