蒙特卡洛法在机械零件可靠性设计中的应用
Application of Mont Carlo method in reliability design of machine parts
【摘要】 根据蒙特卡洛法和机械零件可靠性设计理论 ,在VisualC ++6 0环境下开发了蒙特卡洛机械零件可靠性分析程序。该程序由用户文件输入模块、用户文件识别转换模块、蒙特卡洛可靠性分析模块和计算结果输出模块组成 ,可求解随机函数分布和可靠性分析等问题。程序能对用户输入文件进行正确性检验 ,规范化处理 ,把用户输入的计算关系式转化成相应的计算模型 ,大大地拓宽了求解问题的范围 ,具有很强的通用性。用户根据研究内容的需要 ,输入独立随机变量名、分布类型、分布参数 ,以及应力和强度的计算式 ,程序就能按照用户的要求进行可靠性分析
【Abstract】 Based on the Mont Carlo method and reliability design theory of machine parts, a program is developed on the platform of Visual C++ 6.0, which can be used to analyze the reliability of machine parts by using Mont Carlo method. Comprised of four modules, the program can solve the distribution of random function. It can check and process the user’s input files and transform the relational expressions into corresponding computation model, therefore has good universality. After the user inputs the random variables, the distribution patterns and parameters, and the calculation equations of the stress and strength, the program can make an analysis of the reliability according to the user’s requirement.
