四轮定位仪的性能评价与检测技术研究
Research of measurement technology and performance appreciation of the automobile four-wheel alignment instruments
【摘要】 本文针对国内四轮定位仪种类繁多、结构各异、水平不一 ,尚缺乏对其进行检测 校准与评价的技术手段的现状 ,提出了一种科学合理的实现方案。本方案在满足多种四轮定位仪的装夹要求的同时 ,能模拟产生准确的前束角、推力角、主销后倾角、主销内倾角、车轮外倾角等标准角度 ,实现了对四轮定位仪的检测校准。
【Abstract】 As there are various types of four-wheel alignment i nstruments,which have different structure and level,and are short of technical way for periodica l calibration/ measurement and performance appreciation,we offer a scientific r ealization method in this paper. It meets setting request of diversiform four-wh eel alignment instruments,at the same time,it can provide simulative accurate angle,realize the calibration/measurement of four-wheel alignment instruments.
