【摘要】 细纱机的控制系统设计是实现绵纺细纱机机电一体化的关键技术 ,本文介绍以软件凸轮为中心构成的细纱机卷绕成型机构。它有效地实现了成型所需的一切数学处理要求 ,取代了复杂的机械传动装置 ,不再有凸轮带来的换向冲击、滞后停顿和棘轮倒退所造成的乱纱 ,同时用微机监控整个纺纱过程 ,减轻了劳动强度 ,提高了劳动生产率更多还原
