【摘要】 目的　了解严重急性呼吸道综合征 (SARS)患者外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。方法　采用免疫细胞化学的方法对确诊为 SARS的 6 0例患者及 6 2例健康体检者外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群进行检测。结果　健康体检者外周血 CD3+、CD4 +、CD8+分别为 (6 4± 8) % ,(4 4± 6 ) % ,(2 7± 7) % ,发病期 SARS患者分别为 (5 7±13) % ,(39± 10 ) % ,(2 8± 10 ) % ,CD3+ 、CD4 + 均有不同程度的下降 ,33例恢复期 SARS患者 CD3+ 、CD4 + 多数恢复正常。结论　 SARS患者在发病期细胞免疫有损伤 ,短期使用激素和胸腺肽对细胞免疫影响不明显更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of subsets of blood T lymphocyte in patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and their clinical significance.Methods Subsets of blood T lymphocyte in SARS patients were detected by immunocytochemistry.The patient comprised 31 men and 29 women,aged 18～68 years (average 36.1 years).The results detected in 62 normal subjects served as controls.Results The numbers of CD3 +,CD4 + lymphocytes all significantly decreased in acute phase of SARS patients compared with those in nomal subjects.As the patients′ condition improved,the counts of CD3 +,CD4 + gradually returned to normal.In acute phase,the numbers of CD3 +,CD4 + and CD8 + in SARS patients receiving glucocorticoids showed no significant difference from those in SARS patients not receiving glucocorticoids.In recovery phase the numbers of CD3 +,CD4 + and CD8 + in SARS patients receiving thymopolypeptides showed also no significant difference from those in SARS patients not receiving thymopolypeptides.Conclusion In acute phase the SARS patients were found having their cellular immunity damaged,using glucocorticoids or thymopolypeptides hardly can give effect on the cellular immunity in a short time.更多还原
