【摘要】 农民负担问题已经成为近几年制约农村经济发展的不容忽视的问题。选择较为贫困的浙西地区的农村作为典型 ,对农民的毛收入、生产费用以及税、费负担等进行了较为深入的调查研究。调查结果显示 :浙西地区农民的负担占农民可支配收入的比重约为 1/3。农民每年的户均可支配收入不足 2 0 0 0元。税费总计每年为 812元。农民生活水平非常低 ,仅仅摆脱了饥饿状态。这与小康生活的标准相差甚远。同时 ,对农民负担过重的原因进行了初浅的分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 The burden on the farmers hampering the economic development in the countries have become a serious problem in recent years, which should never be neglected. How much are the burdens on farmers on earth? And what is the actual life of the farmers?Choosing the comparatively depressed countries in the western part of Zhejiang province as an example, the writer then makes a deep investigation into its farmers’ gross income, operating costs and burden of taxes and tolls in this paper. The result shows: the proportion of the farmers’ burden to their governable income is approximately 1/3 in this area; the average governable income for each household is less than $2000 per year; and the total amount of taxes and tolls are $812 per year. Therefore, having just cast off poverty, the farmers are far from the living standards of a fairly comfortable life. At last, the causes of the burden on the farmers also have been analyzed in this paper.更多还原
