化学杂交剂津奥啉诱导小麦雄性不育效果研究

【摘要】 2001~2002年对冬小麦不同品种进行了化学杂交剂津奥啉药效试验研究,结果表明,津奥啉对参试品种都有杀雄、抑雄效果,是一种理想的小麦化杀杂交剂。在母本主茎幼穗长0.7~1.4cm、叶龄余数2.8~0.8时进行喷药,喷药剂量为0.5kg/hm2,用双扇面低容量喷头喷雾机动车一次性喷药,绝大部分品种雄性不育率达98%以上,异交结实率大部分达60%以上。不同品种对津奥啉反应有差异,普遍有降低株高与推迟抽穗现象。

【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted to study the effect of chemical hybirdization agent(CHA)-SC2053 to winter wheat varities in 2001~2002.The result showed:SC2053 has great effect of killing or restaining the male gamete on all experimental varites, and it’s an ideal wheat chemical hybirdization agent. When spraying, it needs 0.7~1.4cm long young main ears of female plant and the leaf age remainder is 2.8~0.8, spraying dosage is 0.5kg/hm~2. spraying once with the two-fan-like-face and low-capacity mobile sprayer, most of male sterile rates above 98% and out-crossing seed number per spike is more than 60%.the effect of SC2053 on wheat rarities are different, and it shows a tendency of lowering the plant height and putting off the earing.
