含稀土高温铝合金牺牲阳极的研究与应用

【摘要】 熔炼了含稀土 (RE)的铝合金牺牲阳极 ,实验室测试表明 :在 6 5℃时 ,电化学性能优良 ,在油田现场污水中比常规铝阳极电流效率高、溶解均匀 ,已批量生产含RE阳极材料用于油田污水处理罐的保护。实践表明 ,与原采用的常规阳极 (使用寿命约半年 )相比 ,其使用寿命可提高几倍。

【Abstract】 The Al alloy sacrificing anode containing RE was melted. The laboratory text shows that it has an excellent electro-chemical performance at 65 ℃. In addition, It has a higher electric current efficiency in oil field waste water than the conventional Al anode and can be melted uniformly. The Al alloy anodes containing RE have been applied commercially on the waste water tanks in the oil field, which proves that the service life of the anode is several times longer than the conventional anode (only 6 months).
