【Abstract】 Using the research methods of literature, questionnaire, video analysis and statistics, etc., the present paper has established the evaluation indexes for diagnosing the initiative score level of the Chinese Men’s Volleyball Team, in which the percentage of spikes of the first and second attack is the evaluation index for attacking level, the percentage of service and disrupting opponents’ attack is the evaluation index for service level and the percentage of block and effective block is the evaluation index for blocking level.
