咪唑啉硫脲衍生物对电偶腐蚀的抑制作用
INHIBITNG EFFECT OF THIOUREA DERIVATIVE OF IMI-DAZOLINE ON GALVANIC CORROSION
【摘要】 采用腐蚀失量、动电位极化曲线和电偶腐蚀电流测量等电化学方法对咪唑啉缓蚀剂TDM进行了性能评价 ,研究了饱和CO2 的 1%NaCl溶液中碳钢与双相不锈钢S3180 3耦接后的电偶腐蚀行为。结果表明 ,该缓蚀剂是一种阳极吸附型缓蚀剂 ,与KI有较好的协同作用 ,能显著地抑制二氧化碳环境下N80钢因电偶作用引起的腐蚀。
【Abstract】 The inhibiting effect of Thiourea Derivative of Imidazoline(TDM)was investigated by weight loss mea-surement,potentiodynamic polarization,and galvanic cur-rent measurement.Galvanic corrosion behavior of the couple (N80/S31803)in CO 2-saturated 1% NaCl solution was studied.The results shou that TDM is an anodic adsorption-type inhibitor,it cooperates with KI very well and can ef-fectively prevent the corrosion damage of N80 steel arising from galvanic corrosin.
